The website www.lizzybears.nl is managed by LizzyCrafts, which is registered as a sole proprietorship with the Chamber of Commerce under number 77471377.
- Use of collected data
When you register for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal data. These data are used to perform the service (such as delivering a product). The data is stored on secure servers of a third party. We will not combine this information with other personal information that we have.
With an order, only the data provided by the buyer is stored for processing. This data remains in a secure (SSL) database.
LizzyCrafts can use the information provided by the customer for the following purposes:
- Processing the order.
- Sending one or more e-mails related to the order, such as, but not limited to, an e-mail stating login details.
Information, other than the information provided with the order, which you have provided to LizzyCrafts, will never be passed on to third parties and will only be used internally.
Exception: when a court order has been issued to provide data.
- Use of data by third parties
3.1. Cookies
- LizzyCrafts uses functional cookies to optimize the functionality of certain pages of the website and an order. The LizzyCrafts.nl website is hosted by an external party, the company EGOGO, trading under the name mijn.host, located in Alkmaar and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under file number 51648393 There, all data is stored securely (SSL) in a database. - Access and adaptation to your data:
As a customer you always have the option to view, change, rectify or delete the data provided to us. On the account page (if you have created one) you can do this yourself. You can also ask LizzyCrafts to do this.
